PERSONAL TRAINING
- MASTER PACK – 8 One-on-one “1 Hour” Personal Training sessions per month – $200
- Add 4 more session for just $100 more($300) (i.e. 12 One-on-one “1 Hour” sessions per month)
- APPRENTICE PACK – 8 One-on-one “1/2 hour” Personal Training sessions per month – $150
- Add 4 more sessions for an additional $50 ($200)
SEMI-PRIVATE PACKAGES (2 OR 3 People)
- DIVIDE-AND-CONQUOR – 8 “1 Hour” Semi-Private sessions per month – $250
**This Package is for TWO PEOPLE
- THREE’S-A-CROWD – 8 “1 Hour” Semi-Private sessions per month – $300

- 1 “Half-hour” Personal Training Session – $20
- 1 “One Hour” Personal Training Session – $40
