***ALL SEMI-PRIVATE SESSIONS WILL BE OFFERED AS 1 HOUR ONLY

*** “PER MONTH” = 4 WEEK MESOCYCLES(28 DAYS)

PERSONAL TRAINING PACKAGES

PERSONAL TRAINING

  1. MASTER PACK – 8 One-on-one “1 Hour” Personal Training sessions per month –         $200
    1. Add 4 more session for just $100 more($300) (i.e. 12 One-on-one “1 Hour” sessions per month)
  2. APPRENTICE PACK – 8 One-on-one “1/2 hour” Personal Training sessions per month$150
    1. Add 4 more sessions for an additional $50 ($200)

SEMI-PRIVATE PACKAGES (2 OR 3 People)

  1. DIVIDE-AND-CONQUOR – 8 “1 Hour” Semi-Private sessions per month – $250

**This Package is for TWO PEOPLE

  1. THREE’S-A-CROWD – 8 “1 Hour” Semi-Private sessions per month – $300

**This Package is for THREE PEOPLE

**Got a gym membership? Or want to work out solo?

  • Custom made plans to suit individuals goals
  • 4 week cycle plans
  • Includes an assessment session with me

Individual Session are also Available:

  • 1 “Half-hour” Personal Training Session – $20
  • 1 “One Hour” Personal Training Session – $40
  • 1   Semi-Private Session – $50
